• Designing a cropping program
• Undertake human resources planning for the farm
• Do financial planning
• Assist the farm with sourcing working capital
• Offer business consultancy services on an ongoing basis.

Project Description
This is a project we have recently signed. Sahara Investment is the facilitator for the implementation of the N$20 million "Fast-Track" Project for the Namibia-German 11 Special Initiative for community driven development projects in specific regions of Namibia. Within the perspective of social consolidation, the initiative supports development activities at local and community levels in areas of Namibia where Germany acknowledges special historical and moral responsibility, such as Karas, Hardap, Kunene, Omaheke, Otjozondjupa, Khomas and Erongo Regions. The task includes overseeing and facilitating the implementation of the following community enhancement projects:

• installation and rehabilitation of boreholes and community gardens
• rehabilitation of livestock quarantine camps
• road rehabilitation

The training is aimed at increasing awareness and responsibility in the use of rural water supply infrastructure.
